Admin Assistant 

Working from our Swindon based office and reporting directly to our Project Director, you will be in charge of assisting in the day to day needs and requirements of the business.

The role will be full time Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Telephone answering,
  • Meeting & greeting clients into the office & offering hospitality,
  • Responding to enquiries from various channels & maintaining shared mailboxes,
  • Scheduling meetings,
  • Updating & maintaining our Customer Relationship Management system,
  • Communicating with clients where required throughout a project,
  • Adding invoices & receipts into the system,
  • Support to the team as and when required.

  • Computer literate.

Desirable skills would be:

  • A level or equivalent in English,
  • Previous customer facing work experience,
  • An understanding and experience in using a Customer Relationship Management System,
  • Experience of using an Apple operating system.
