Fully forged low tax bracket Mazda 6 MPS. Full 12 months MOT, 104k Miles, Engine built by Hastie, and jTuned . Oh, and a BNRS4 Turbo with Meth.
Up for sale is my 2005 low tax band, Mazda 6 MPS. 104k miles on the clock, and the the engine has covered 12k since the rebuild. Comes with a years MOT, and two sets of keys.
With all the modification taken into account. I would expect the car to produce 490bhp without methanol, 550+ with. With similar torque figures also. However I must be clear that when tuning the car, it has not been a 'numbers game', this car has been tuned to be a daily driver, and comfort and delivery of power have been the main concern.
Modifications are as follows :
Forged internals with less than 12k on them.
Engine built by David Hastie.
Tuned by Justin Heath (jTuned).
Balance shaft removed.
Brand new BNR S4 Turbo (Fitted Oct 2016).
ACT 6 Puk clutch, and street lightened flywheel.
Corksport Front mount intercooler.
ATP 3.5" inlet pipe with filter.
Forge motorsport V2 re-circulating dump valve.
Auto tech high pressure fuel pump internals .
3" 'White Widow' down pipe.
Long life cat back exhaust system.
3 BAR MAP sensor.
Electronic boost solenoid.
Bilstein B8 shock absorbers.
H&R lowering springs.
Whiteline anti roll bar.
Sure dreadnaught differential brace.
Goodridge braided brake lines.
JBR gear shift column anchors.
Mishimoto oil catch can.
Devils own meth kit, with D04 nozzle size.
Dip stick securing modification.
Stoptech grooved discs and pads all round.
RX-8 Alloys with 225/40/18 vredestein ultrac sessanta. Tyres have 6mm tread, and alloys are in mint condition with the exception of one mark on the nearside front.
Professionally tinted rear windows with lifetime warranty.
Versatuner license (which will be moved to the new owner),
I have owned the car since November 2015, and my ownership the car I have done :
New BNR S4 Turbo.
ACT clutch and street lightened flywheel fitted.
New track rod ends.
New 'white widow' down pipe.
Complete Methanol injection system re-wire.
New aftermarket sat nav/bluetooth player.
Rear windows tinted.
Various pieces of trim, clips, bulbs e.t.c replaced due to age.
New number plates front and back as old ones were badly perished.
Recent new primary 02 sensor (Nov 2016)
Front bumper recently resprayed (Nov 2016)
New grooved stoptech discs and pads all round (Nov 2016)
There was only one more mod I would of liked to have done to this car, and thats brakes. But due to wanting to keep OEM wheels, the options were some what limited. I would recommend to the new owner, that this is the first modification they do. Although the slotted discs on there currently work perfectly well, I just feel the brakes need brining up to the specification of the rest of the car.
The new owner will also get (if the price is right!) :
OEM steering wheel for refurbishment/upgrade.
A refurbished set of OEM Mazda 6 MPS alloys. That have never been fitted.
A large container and a half of Methanol (Approximately 40litres)
A full set of wind deflectors
A CPE license plate relocation kit
Spare transfer box, gearbox, rear differential, spare drive shafts, and a set of spare coil packs- all from a 70k vehicle.
The car is in great condition, the body work looks more like a car with 40k on the clock. I am currently in the final stages of mapping for methanol injection. Once complete, the car will be independently measured for its performance. I see no reason why the car will not produce above 400bhp.
Note - the car has been sensibly mapped for a daily driver, and not just for numbers.
The Versatuner license will be moved over the new owner, and I will provide full instructions about how to install the software on your windows machine, and copies of all tunes received.
The car is located in Swindon, Wiltshire (SN25). Any viewing is welcome. Priced to sell at...
