The Best Ever Brownie Company deliver luxury chocolate treats around the UK. However their previous website was limited when it came to checkout options for the user, but also administration controls behind the scenes. GEL Studios stepped in to create a completely new, bespoke e-commerce website, where no functionality was spared. It includes way more than average and it's safe to say, this is definitely our flagship e-commerce website.

The bold, fun and impactful design is just the tip of the iceberg. This website is packed full of features (big and small!) for a seamless user and admin experience. Users can easily browse through a range of products, adding to their basket as they go. They are in full control throughout - with the ability to create their own mixed box of flavours, sign up for a monthly subscription, choose their own delivery date and send multiple products and gift messages to multiple addresses (the perfect opportunity to tackle all your Christmas shopping at once!). The checkout area also includes address lookup functionality, Stripe payments and Quick pay (e.g. Apple Pay and Android Pay) - all of which assist with a speedy, pain free checkout experience. And what's more, we've included a "Repeat my Order" section, so users can return with a previous order and add part or all of it to their basket again in one click!

The difference we've made behind the scenes to the Admin team has been equally as great. Gone are the days of writing out kitchen orders and manually uploading orders to DHL for delivery every day. We now look at the chosen delivery date and collate the required orders for the kitchen automatically. These orders are then automatically exported in to a single upload for DHL. Both of these drastically cut the admin time - a very welcomed change for the team!
