This title and recognition mean so much to us, not just because it celebrates what we do, but because it recognises why we do it. Every project, partnership, and idea we bring to life is driven by one shared purpose: to inspire change through creativity. Being recognised for the positive impact we’re making here in our local communities is something we’re incredibly proud of.
The Positive Business Award celebrates organisations that use business as a force for good, something we’ve always championed and believed in. From day one, we’ve been passionate about using creativity and strategy to make a real difference to people and places in our local area. For us, success isn’t measured by how many projects we complete, but by the positive change we help to create.
Over the past 18 months, we’ve supported 35 local good causes, contributed £219,400 worth of resource, and dedicated 2,182 hours of our time to community-focused projects. Through our ongoing partnership with Wiltshire Air Ambulance, we’ve also helped to power 12 life-saving missions - something we’re incredibly proud to support.
In total, our collective efforts have positively impacted more than 388,000 people.

Winning this award is a reminder of what we stand for and a motivator to keep going. We’re continuing to grow our team and expand our reach so we can support even more purpose-driven organisations across Swindon and Wiltshire. Growth for us isn’t just about scale; it’s about amplifying our ability to do good.
We’ll definitely take a moment to celebrate, to reflect on how far we’ve come and raise a glass (or two!) to the brilliant people who make GEL Studios what it is. But most of all, this win is fuel. Fuel to keep pushing boundaries, inspiring change, and using creativity to make a lasting, positive impact for the communities we care so deeply about.
