We strive to resolve all support issues as quickly as possible - to assist us with this, please ensure that all form fields are fully completed, and that there is as much description as possible.
Our support is not a free service, and as a result, all support requests as outlined in our terms and conditions will be billed depending on the priority of the issue raised.
If you have an active support retainer, time spent on issues raised will be automatically deducted from your allowance.
All support issues are billed in 15 minute intervals.
Normal - We will respond to your issue as soon as we can, normally no later than end of play the next business day.
High - We will respond to your issue within one business day.
Critical - We will be actively looking into your issue within 15 minutes. If you log a critical request you will be billed a minimum of 15 minutes to cover our response time.
