Stacey Wilson.

Chief Operating Officer.

Stacey sits at the intersection of operations, people and performance. As Head of Operations, she ensures the agency runs well, but her real focus is enabling growth. She works closely with clients on commercial priorities, supports the team in translating strategy into action, and keeps delivery aligned with long term goals.

A natural mentor, Stacey thrives on helping people build confidence, sharpen thinking and step into bigger roles. Internally, she brings structure and accountability. Externally, she is a steady partner who can zoom out to the bigger picture while still understanding the detail.

She is known for being calm under pressure, commercially minded, and clear when decisions need to be made. When things feel complex, she brings direction and balance so teams and clients can move forward with confidence.

Outside work, Stacey is a mum of two and most often found on the side of a hockey pitch, walking the dog, or reorganising a to do list for the sheer satisfaction of it.
