Team day at Williams F1.

Working together, is one of our strongest attributes at GEL Studios. That work comprises of not just client facing project work, but also all areas internal development.

On Friday 18th October 2019, we closed the office for a day of business development. We got in our cars, out of the office, and spent the day at the Williams F1 Conference Centre, in Grove, Oxfordshire.

We had a great day in the Monza room, and got through lots of topics, including:

• A review of the past 6 months,
• 15 minutes for each member of the team, that was spent on telling each other our stories before joining GEL Studios,
• Our company values, what they mean to each of us, and examples of us up holding those values day to day,
• Ways that we can work smarter, or differently - and our new approach to Ad hoc client support,
• Next 6 months and AOB.

After a lot of hard work, what could be better - than lunch and a private guided tour of the Williams F1 heritage centre!
