We use MODX to build our websites.

We use MODX because it gives us the flexibility to design and build bespoke websites that can scale to meet any business need. It allows us to develop a fully accessible API that can integrate with any third party system, meaning there are near-limitless possibilities.

There's lot of data out there showing that the fundamentals of a good website are security, easy navigation and engaging design. Why does it have to end there though? What if we took it one step further and ensured those great features were applied to the administration area too?

Recently, we've started working with a couple of clients who have come to us with existing MODX websites. They found the admin setup in MODX a little complicated, but luckily, there is a simple solution. Much like you can create a bespoke front-end of your website, in MODX you can also create a completely bespoke admin area too. From simple drag and drop updates, to full-scale e-commerce management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems - MODX can do it all.

Before commissioning us to build your new site, really think about what the current pain points with your existing website are, then when we get to the planning phase, we'll suggest ways to automate those tasks, saving you time and making your job easier.

Here are just a few examples of the custom built admin areas that we've built for our clients...

Making it easier to update multiple websites at once.

Premium water dispenser company Waterlogic are one of the world's leading providers in water coolers and purification. We've been working with them since 2014, and have built 25 separate websites for their different markets around the globe.

With so many websites to constantly update, the Waterlogic team needed a bespoke solution that would allow them to quickly and easily create new landing pages and input their content. This led to us designing a library of around 300 blocks of content which were saved into 80 pre-made, ready to go layouts capable of handling translated content for each country's website.

Developing a securer way to collect data and donations.

When Thames Hospice approached us, they needed a website that made a difference to the Hospice and patients, but that was also more efficient for the admin team to use.

We built a fully integrated shop that accepts Stripe payments so that they could raise vital funds, as well as a secure area for job applications. One of the biggest admin differences we made though, was integrating Donorfy, which helps the Hospice to receive vital donations, run internal and external campaigns and also securely handle data.

This is a detailed explanation of how we helped Thames Hospice.

Reducing time for chasing invoices.

Cognica were finding it difficult to effectively communicate their business using a template built Wordpress site. We worked with them to build a fully mobile-responsive website that uses the latest Bootstrap framework and integration in to the MODX CMS - giving the site admins full control over all of their content. We also created a payment landing page that integrated with Stripe, helping Cognica customers pay for their invoices quickly, reducing time spent chasing payments. Take a look at how we did it.

We've worked with hundreds of businesses all over the country.

Those businesses will likely have had one or two websites already, but they've come to us to take their digital offering to the next level. Sure, you could go to Wordpress and create another template website, but you'll still have those same pain points. When creating a bespoke website solution though, you'll really have the chance to get the results your business needs.

What are the pain points you face with your existing website? Get in touch with us and we can suggest ways to help you automate them, freeing you up to spend more time on your business.
