Phyllis Tuckwell provides invaluable hospice care to the community in and around West Surrey. We partnered with them to deliver a new, user-centric website and growth through their Google Ad Grant

Their existing website presented significant usability challenges, suffering from confusing navigation, lack of call to action and an outdated design. We undertook a comprehensive redesign and development project to create a user-friendly and effective online presence.

  • We restructured the sitemap to prioritise key information and conversion pages
  • Produced detailed wireframes for key conversion pages so we could map content and visualise the user journey
  • Crafted a brand‑aligned design for a consistent presence
  • Created landing pages dedicated to converting Google Ad grant traffic
  • Developed a bespoke course‑booking system for professionals, enabling browsing, registrations, secure online payments and delegated payment

Maximising Google Ads Grant performance with a 58% increase in conversions.

We provide Google Ads Grant management with a strong focus on maximising the full $10,000 monthly budget. Campaigns are refined to drive high-intent users to the website, increase online donations and support fundraising to build a new hospice. Additional activity promotes leaving gifts in wills, boosting online shop revenue, encouraging charity event sign-ups, and increasing recruitment visibility, helping attract qualified candidates while maintaining full grant compliance.

We have strategically scaled the monthly spend from approximately $5000, to upwards of $8,500 through campaign optimisations and expansion. We also enhance performance by creating and refining landing pages and website content, to ensure a seamless and effective user journey, increasing conversion rates and improving campaign performance.

Building on our previous year’s partnership, we used key learnings and insights to further optimise the delivery of Phyllis Tuckwell's Google Ads Grant.
