Costello Production Group (CPG) is an event production company specialising in end-to-end event production, that’s confidently and seamlessly delivered from start to finish.

With CPG’s team and client base rapidly expanding, it was becoming more apparent that the existing brand messaging and website was no longer fit for purpose. The online presence wasn’t accurately reflecting the level of service provided or appealing to the right audience.

We were already delivering SEO, Social Media Management and Google Ad support for CPG, and the next logical step was a Brand Messaging Workshop, followed by a brand refresh and new bespoke website that would act a stronger foundation for all marketing activities.

A tone that speaks with confidence.

We started with our Brand Messaging Workshop to craft a new voice for CPG; aligning their language with the target audience, so they could truly understand the value delivered by CPG. This deep level of insight was captured in a set of messaging guidelines, but it also went on to heavily inform the new website approach.

Bespoke website design.

For the new website, we had one clear goal in mind; create an engaging, energising and exciting site that truly reflects the brand and the high-quality results CPG produce, to generate more valuable leads. The result? A bold and striking website that engages the audience and confidently communicates what sets CPG apart.

With a strategic shift in how the main event production solution was being positioned, keyword research was carried out to ensure we could create a sitemap and flow that would benefit both the user journey and organic SEO.

The design then utilises a dark, moody style allowing the high-quality media to stand out. The introduction of a vibrant gold colour to key call to action areas also allows us to guide the user through key pages and user journeys.

The website is complete with Pipedrive CRM integration on all contact forms, enabling end-to-end tracking of leads and their source, so we can continually monitor where enquiries are coming from and where to focus marketing efforts.

A confident online presence.

It was important the bold and confident website design was part of a wider, cohesive digital presence, and we created a comprehensive set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across the board. This resulted in a seamless experience for users; from the moment they engage with initial marketing assets (e.g. social media graphics), all the way through to receiving a proposal document.
