We partnered with the well-established Lodge Security to modernise their brand and prepare for future growth. While known for their friendly team and long history, they faced a common challenge: their brand identity and messaging were visually outdated, and they were perceived as only offering a single type of security service. In reality, they had a diverse range of services and sectors they worked across.

The company's biggest hurdle was the disconnect between their true capabilities and their public image. Their brand lacked a clear strategy, a defined purpose, and a consistent message. This not only affected their external perception but also created a disconnect internally, as their values weren't clearly communicated to the wider team. It was clear that a simple visual refresh wouldn't be enough; a deeper, more strategic approach was needed to align their brand with their business goals.

Laying the foundation: Our strategic workshops.

We kicked off the project with an in-depth brand strategy workshop. This was a truly thought-provoking session that went beyond surface-level aesthetics. It highlighted the need for significant cultural and leadership changes, alongside the visual updates. We worked closely with their team to define a new brand position and purpose, and we refined their core values to make them more meaningful and actionable.

Following this, our brand messaging workshop focused on crafting a new voice that would resonate with their audience and reflect their updated brand foundations. This two-part strategic process ensured that every subsequent deliverable - from the logo to the website - was built with a clear purpose and direction.

The result is a comprehensive brand identity and website refresh that successfully modernises the company while staying true to its core identity. The new logo and visual identity are contemporary and professional, and the new website effectively showcases their full range of services, helping to shift the perception that they only operate in one sector.

The website was also built with a strong focus on SEO and includes features for future trackable marketing efforts. This strategic foundation empowers the client to not only look the part but to also grow their business effectively and with clear purpose for years to come.
